Fitness is not defined by how far you can run or how much weight you can lift. Fitness is your ability to enjoy life completely uninhibited by your physical ability every day. When you can get up in the morning and experience anything you desire to experience you have achieved a high level of fitness. This measure of fitness will vary with every person on the planet because everyone desires to wake up and do something completely different.

Mike is enjoys many aspects of what you may call fitness, everything from weight training to body mind meditation. Fitness is a state of mind as well as a state of being. What people often fail to relize is that your level of fitness can directly impact the level at which you can connect spiritually to your higher self or god.

 

Fitness Consulting and Life Coaching

Mike offers online and over the phone fitness and life coaching to a select group of individuals people around the world. Mike enjoys sharing time and energy with people who are willing to take their fitness endevours to a higher plain. The spiritual aspect of life and fitness is often overlooked in traditional fitness training. Mike integrates these 2 worlds with clients willing to walk with him on this path. 

Mike generally works 8 - 10 hours a week guiding people through their weekly training programs and ensuring a safe and effective training protocol.
